Individual therapy

Couples therapy
- Joint session for relationship support and communication
- Both partners in every session
- In-person at our Jalan Sultan practice
Joint sessions for partners working on relationship challenges. Both of you attend, and your therapist makes sure each person gets equal time.

Group therapy
- 3–6 participants per group
- Facilitated by our therapy team

Children's individual therapy

Heart + Mind Heroes Club
- Social-emotional learning in a small group
- 12-session term: 1,200 SGD per child (100 SGD / session)
