What we work with
Common reasons people come to us

Anxiety and stress
Persistent worry, physical tension, trouble switching off after work. We work with you to reduce how much anxiety runs your day.
Relationship difficulties
Communication breakdowns, trust issues, the same arguments on repeat. Couples therapy gives both partners room to work through what keeps going wrong.
Low mood and depression
Loss of motivation, withdrawal, feeling stuck for weeks at a time. Therapy helps you spot the patterns that hold you there, and work out what to change.
Burnout
Working past your limits with nothing left to show for it. We help you figure out what is draining you and what recovery actually looks like.

What clients say about us
Common questions
How long is each session?
50 minutes. We keep to time so you can plan around it.
How often should I come?
You book sessions on request, so there's no set frequency. Your therapist will work out a schedule that fits your situation.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you are working through. Some people see clear progress in 3-6 sessions. Others prefer longer-term work. There is no fixed commitment either way.
Can I switch therapists?
Yes. Fit matters. If you would prefer someone else, tell us and we will arrange it.
Where are sessions held?
In-person at our Singapore office. Address and directions come with your booking confirmation.
Do you offer online sessions?
Adult therapy is in-person only for now. Being in the room lets your therapist pick up on more than a screen can show.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations where possible.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share stays private. The only exceptions are where the law requires it, such as a risk of harm. Your therapist explains this in your first session.
