What it covers

The patterns underneath the argument

Many relationship difficulties go deeper than communication. The session looks at the hidden patterns that shape how we read other people, react to conflict and connect with them. Those patterns show up at home, at work and in everyday life.

  • Emotional triggers and assumptions that fuel misunderstandings
  • Recurring patterns that create conflict and disconnection
  • The unmet psychological needs behind a repeat argument

What participants gain

Ways to break the cycle

Your team learns to respond deliberately in a conflict, instead of reacting. The same techniques help build healthier relationships at work and at home.

  • How to respond in a conflict instead of reacting
  • Ways to build healthier relationships at work and at home

Everything you need to know

Will this help reduce conflict on my team?

That is what it is for. Participants learn the triggers and assumptions behind repeat conflict, and how to respond deliberately instead of reacting.
