About Lily Lim

A counsellor-in-training, Lily is also a senior coach in personal training and guidance. She brings that experience into corporate training and organisational consulting.

Prior career

Senior leadership across the Asia-Pacific region. Exposure to workplace pressure, change management, identity transitions, and cross-cultural dynamics.

Current focus

Master of Counselling (ongoing) with the Executive Counselling Training Academy in partnership with Flinders University. Student Member / Counsellor-in-Training with the Singapore Association for Counselling.

Values & approach

Lily works with compassion and respect. She pays close attention to the person in front of her and keeps the work collaborative.

Corporate training

Supports workshops on leadership presence, emotional intelligence, change management, and finding meaning and purpose in work.
