About Fion Yu

I'm a co-founder and Mental Health Clinician at Ambrave. I work as a counsellor (SAC Provisional Clinical Member) and hold a Master of Counselling from Monash. My clients come from all walks of life. Everything Ambrave does is built on that clinical work, corporate training included.

Therapeutic focus

Cognition training and childhood trauma.

Research direction

Preventative initiatives for emotional resilience. The aim is measurable support that is already in place before a crisis hits.
