No one should be judged for seeking help. Dion saw the stigma around mental health support in Singapore and decided to do something about it.

Work at SANA

Through his work at SANA (Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association), Dion has hands-on experience supporting substance-abuse awareness and recovery. His psychology studies gave him the grounding. SANA showed him what the barriers to getting help look and feel like.

Contribution to Ambrave

Dion helps deliver corporate training on mental health awareness, psychological safety, and resilience. He also contributes to Ambrave's community outreach and advocacy work.
